THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA BURN FOUNDATION / CAMP EAGLE FLIGHT, MAKES ANOTHER DELIVERY OF BOTTLED WATER FOR THE FIREFIGHTERS IN BUTTE COUNTY WHO HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THE RAGING INFERNO IN THE PARADISE AREA. THIS BRINGS THE TOTAL TODAY TO OVER TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED BOTTLES AND MORE ON THE WAY AS THEY BEGIN THE MOP UP PHASE!

"IT IS A HONOR TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF OUR FIRST RESPONDERS IN THIS SMALL WAY" REPORTED BRENDA BALLANTINE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CAMP EAGLE FLIGHT.

CAMP EAGLE FLIGHT HAS PROVIDED CAMPS FOR BURN SURVIVING CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS SINCE 1986.

BALLANTINE: "TO PROVIDE THIS WATER IS ONLY A GESTURE OF WHAT IS IN OUR HEARTS FOR THESE BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN WHO GIVE SO MUCH WITHOUT THOUGHT OF THEM SELVES, PLEASE PRAY FOR THEM".

BALLANTINE ALSO STATED THAT THEY ARE PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON MORE TELEVISION AND RADIO PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PUBLIC RELEASE SOON.

"WE ASKED FIRE PREVENTION OFFICERS FROM ACROSS THE NORTH STATE WHAT ISSUES THEY WOULD LIKE US TO ADDRESS IN OUR PUBLIC SERVICE INFORMATION. WE ARE VERY PROUD TO PRODUCE THAT MESSAGE TO HELP SAVE LIVES AND PROPERTY".

Brenda Ballantine seen here with burn survivor Johnny English at last years Camp Eagle Flight, has been taped by the Executive Board of Directors as the new Executive Director of NCBF.

Brenda has served as a volunteer and Camp Director for over fifteen years. She brings to her new position a fresh vision for NCBF that will expand the mission statement into the future.

The NCBF provides a camp for severely burned children as well as other programs for burn survivors throughout the year. These programs are designed to:
